Orders without custom pieces will be shipped within 3-6 business days. Custom orders will be shipped on the scheduled date outlined in your invoice. If you select an untracked shipping option when available, you will assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

All items are handmade and one of a kind. Because of this, returns are not accepted. If you require a refund due to an item being lost/stolen or damaged during delivery, please get in touch via email and a claim will be filed through the carrier.

Printed and Pink is not responsible for any images or logos submitted via Custom Order Form. By submitting you agree that your logo/design is your own (was designed by you or for you) and that you own the copyright.

Customs are hand carved as close to the image provided within my means of carving. Some characteristics may be present. Process only begins once payment is received. Ink pads are not included.

Stamps are meant to be used on a flat surface. All stamps are tested before shipping. Printed and Pink will not be responsible for any damage once item has been shipped or received. Each stamp is a one of a kind item, replacements are not available. Once it is in your hands it’s care is up to you!
